Download the ConnectedFresh app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. When you open the app, you will be prompted to log in using the same credentials you use for the desktop version. Once logged in, all your dashboards will be connected. You can view your dashboards on either a mobile phone or a tablet.

Getting Started with the Main Components

There are two main viewpoints you may have access to within your dashboard

  1. Location View

  2. Sensor View

You have access location view, you will find yourself being able to look at only location-specific information and also specific sensor information.

Your main focus within the dashboard will be to monitor the health and safety of your products within your stores or restaurants. You will be able to see alarms at the top and also active alarms on the bottom right-hand side of your screen. From the location specific view, you can see sensor alarms on the right-hand side of your screen with all your active sensors.

Data Analysis Within Your Dashboard

The data collected from your given sensors will certainly prove valuable in understanding how your restaurant or store operates. You may find yourself looking to parse through the information collected, and your dashboard has many different ways you can do so.

Understanding Your Sensors

Ensuring you have the best knowledge of your sensors and how they work will help you have the smoothest process in your experience with ConnectedFresh. Looking within a specific sensor, you can see the signal strength and battery life on one side. Signal strength represents a sensor's strength of connectivity related to a gateway, measured using RSSI and on a scale from -120 to -60. At the bottom of the screen, you can adjust your given temperature thresholds for your alarm levels for each sensor. Additionally, you can change the name of the sensor and choose whether or not you would like to raise alarms or receive notifications. On the right side of the screen is where you can view your sensor's data and any active alarms at the bottom.

Managing Notification Preferences

Notifications are crucial for ensuring your sensor alarms are processed and sent to you quickly and efficiently, allowing you to take necessary action to prevent any loss. At the top of your screen, next to the title 'Location,' you will see an icon for Preferences. Within this page, you can adjust the method of notifications you receive based on each alarm level on the right. The left-hand side allows you to mute certain notifications and input a phone number to receive messages for the given account.

You can also customize your notifications in your mobile phone's settings to appear on your lock screen or as a banner. Notifications will also appear in the Notifications tab of the app, which is at the bottom of the app. The notifications page has two views, one for unread notifications and one for all notifications. You can also mark all the notifications as read.
