Getting Started with ConnectedFresh: A Guide to Setting up Your Gateway and Sensors

3 Basic Steps

  1. Unpack your boxes
  2. Activate equipment
  3. View data in real time

1. Unpack your boxes

  1. If this is your first package from ConnectedFresh, it's likely that you received sensors and at least one gateway. All hardware is pre-configured and ready to go.
  2. Sensors will be labeled with an identifier (i.e. CFX-NY-MEV-001). This ID will be helpful for assigning sensors, moving sensors, or contacting ConnectedFresh Support.

2. Activate Equipment

  1. Please follow the appropriate guide for activating your equipment:
    1. All Gateways
    2. All Sensors, including:
      1. Temperature
      2. Leak Detection
      3. Tracker Sensors
      4. Door Open/Close

3. Activating your account

  1. You should have received an email with an activation link. If you cannot find the email or the link has expired, please reach out to ConnectedFresh Support.

4. View data in real time

  1. You may view your data at any time by logging in to the ConnectedFresh portal: my.connectedfresh.com. 

5. Dashboard Demo

  1. Once your sensors are set up and ready to go, you will be ready to get your dashboard up and running! Please follow the link here for an overview on the key features to best use your dashboard.
