Getting Started with ConnectedFresh: A Guide to Setting up Your Gateway and Sensors

3 Basic Steps

  1. Unpack your boxes
  2. Activate equipment
  3. View data in real time

Unpack your boxes

If this is your first package from ConnectedFresh, it's likely that you received sensors and at least one gateway. All hardware is pre-configured and ready to go.

Sensors will be labeled with an identifier (i.e. CFX-NY-MEV-001). This ID will be helpful for assigning sensors, moving sensors, or contacting ConnectedFresh Support.

Activate Equipment

Please follow the appropriate guide for activating your equipment:
All Sensors, including:
  1. Temperature
  2. Leak Detection
  3. Tracker Sensors
  4. Door Open/Close

View data in real time

You may view your data at any time by logging in to the ConnectedFresh portal: my.connectedfresh.com
